Information
Lake Tyrrell is Victoria’s largest salt lake, featuring a soft pink hue and shallow water that is pushed around its expanse by light wind pressure. I believe this to be a bore hole through the salt crust, and water from below surfacing and ultimately blown to create the presentation of a butterfly pattern in the crust.
