The Coburg Peninsula located in the coastal north of Arnhem Land, is home to some of the NT’s most pristine and untouched waterways and estuaries. Large sandbanks and tidal flood plains are everywhere. Mangroves hug the tidal creeks which stretch towards this lone island in the vast grey sands in an almost other-worldly way.
