While exploring the desolation and destruction born on Deception island, both natural and man made, three chin strap penguins emerged from the water and walked towards the remnants of an old building or ship. After some time, they walked into frame with the contrasted snow and ash mountains in the background, and penguins and debris juxtaposed in the foreground.
