Information
Passing through Lemaire on a cold and still morning as the sun rises lazily over the mountains. The view only interrupted by an occasional calving of the glaciers or a porpoising penguin. It’s eerily quite and still, and this image was my reflection of that. This area is often very difficult to traverse and is often skipped over entirely in the early summer season due to ice flows being too dense to pass.
