Wonderful photographic moments emerge randomly in Iceland, it’s probably one of the most important lessons one can learn while there. Incredibly in this winter trip, the wind managed to stop blowing for a few minutes, allowing me an opportunity to be in the right place at the right time to capture this image. The tranquillity was soon lost to the wind again shortly after taking this photograph.
