The incredible blackness of the beaches of Reynisfjöru are stunning, and imaged in the distance is the peninsula Dyrhólaey. Against the setting sun with the soft pink clouds, it bellies the truth of the deathly dangerous waves known for killing unaware travellers and wildlife in the region.
